Healthcare Staffing Company Soliant Announces Expansion to Cobb County

Soliant, a leading provider of specialized healthcare and education staffing services to hospitals and schools around the U.S., is opening a new office in the Galleria Atlanta Office Park in Cobb County. This is Soliant’s first investment in Cobb County. The company plans to add 130 jobs for sales positions at this location and occupy their new space in the spring of 2022. Soliant’s previous expansion in Georgia brought in more than 400 jobs across healthcare, education, and life science fields including nurses, public school counselors, sign language interpreters, speech therapists, special educators, travel nurses, imaging specialists, radiologists, allied health providers, and other similar positions.

“With strong business infrastructure and a robust education system, Cobb County has fostered a talented and diverse workforce that will greatly complement our mission of making life better for healthcare and education professionals,” said Lesley Slaughter, senior vice president of Soliant. “We have had tremendous success growing our operations in the state, and we cannot wait to open our doors here in Cobb County.”

Located at the nexus of I-75 and I-285 and conveniently and uniquely connected to Truist Park and the Battery by a pedestrian bridge, the Atlanta Galleria Office Park, owned by Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc., is the largest office complex in Northwest Atlanta.  Piedmont consolidated ownership of the five office buildings, three development sites, and 6-acre park which comprise the Galleria in 2019 and has transformed the area to be a premier place to live, work, and visit. The Galleria offers tenants a highly amenitized office experience focused on health, wellness and nature, while enjoying effortless connectivity to the vibrancy of The Battery and other surrounding neighborhood amenities.

”We look forward to welcoming a fast-growing company such as Soliant to the Atlanta Galleria,” said Alex Valente, Piedmont’s local Executive Vice President. “We believe that it further affirms the unique environment, unmatched amenities, and distinct tenant engagement experience that the Galleria offers to companies and their employees.”

“We’re excited to welcome Soliant to Cobb County,” said Dana Johnson, COO of the Cobb Chamber and Executive Director of SelectCobb. “Our top-performing schools and healthcare providers will surely benefit from Soliant’s experience and reach in matching qualified and skilled professionals to job openings.”
