The new office opened with 48 employees on its first day and can accommodate an additional 60 team members. Pond is actively recruiting for various roles in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management to support its growing portfolio. Additionally, the company plans to invest $2M over the next three years, to support growth in the local market.
